How do I cancel an order placed on Myne by Aanchal?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We typically ship once a day. You can check the status of your order with us via phone or email
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
If you received the product, we would be able to replace it only if you have received a defective product or it has been damaged in transit.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 30 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Alternately (if you prefer), we can provide you with an electronic gift voucher for you to shop for other items at our site.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us at 9502006603 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID.
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please send us an email on [email protected] within 5 working days of receipt of the product. We would assign you a Return Order ID that you need to quote on the return package. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 30 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
