What happens after I place my order

First we wait for confirmation of payment. This happens as soon as you place your order, if you have chosen to pay using your credit card or net banking. If you have chosen bank payment via NEFT, it would happen within a few hours of you effecting your funds transfer.

If we do not receive confirmation of payment (in case of bank transfer) within 48 hours, we attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you or haven’t received payment within 72 hours, we cancel the order.

We ship every day at 12:00 Noon, excluding Sundays and public holidays, for all orders with confirmation of payment. Our courier partner is First Flight for all domestic orders. Once the order is shipped, we email you a confirmation, along with the tracking / airway bill number. You should typically receive your package within 10-12 business days of placing the order.

Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery (CoD)

CoD is an expensive mechanism for collecting payments. We prefer to keep our operating expense lower and pass the value to our customers in the form of lower prices. We understand that CoD is a preferred payment option for some of our customers, but we believe that a vast majority of our customers would prefer lower prices over having a CoD option.

Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your site

Our payment gateway partner is PayU, which is widely used by several sites across India. Your credit card information is collected by PayU and passed to the bank for further processing, using security encryption, which makes it impossible for anyone to intercept or misuse it. You credit card information is not stored by us and is at no risk of being compromised.

Can I cancel or change my order

You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us at +91 950 200 6603 or email us at [email protected] if you would like to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, we would unfortunately not be able to accept returns or cancellations

What if the item I have received is defective or damaged

If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Please call us at +91 950 200 6603 or email us at [email protected] and we will process a cancellation of the order after confirming rejection of the shipment.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a defective item, please call us at +91 950 200 6603 or email us at [email protected] within 5 working days. We will provide you with a return number. Please ship the product back to us quoting the return number. We will process your cancellation after receiving the shipment, or (if you prefer) provide you with an online discount voucher to make an alternate purchase. In either case, we will provide you with a discount voucher of Rs 100 to compensate for the return shipping expenses.

What if I don’t receive my order within 10-12 days

We email you the First Flight Waybill number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your shipment using the same. Alternately, you can call us on +91 950 6603 or email us at [email protected]. We assume ownership of the shipment arriving at your doorstep in good condition, and will issue you a refund if the product gets lost or damaged in transit.

Is the product identical to the one shown in the image

The product you order for is identical to the one that is displayed on the images (accessories not included!). While we make our best effort to accurately depict what the products look like, please do allow for minor variations in color due to factors such as lighting, camera, and resolution of your monitor.

What if the product does not fit me

Our endeavour is to make our customers’ online shopping experience as easy and pleasant as possible. We provide measurements and all details of our products clearly. Please feel free to email us with questions about our products to completely satisfy yourself about all details before placing an order. However, once an order has been shipped, we would unfortunately not be able to replace it with an alternate product.

Why don’t you have variants on your products. Can I get this item in size S or XL

We typically create very few pieces per design. This is in line with our philosophy of maintaining exclusivity for our customers. We do repeat a few items based on demand from our customers, but most of our products are never repeated. So, while there might be designs you love but are not available in your size, you can also rest assured that the designs you love and ARE available in your size are unlikely to be worn by anyone else at the party you are going to.

Do you accept custom orders

We are designers at heart. Designing to specifications is something we love to do. However, we need to balance it with our time commitment to our large base of valued customers.
